1. Can I return my item back for a refund?

2. Where is my tracking number?

Tracking information is available via e-mail. If you have not received your tracking number please e-mail us with " tracking number" in subject line.

 3. What country do you ship to?

We ship to every country in the world!

4. How long does it take to process an order?

Depending on the item you order it can take from 3-7 business days for us to make your item then package it up and get it sent. Then it’s depending on your country for delivery.

5. Can I Change My Address On My Order?

Please email us as soon as possible if you wish to change your order address. Note that once the item has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we are not able to make any changes or cancellations to your order.

6. What Are Verification's?

We require additional verification for the difference in shipping and billing address.
